Begin at the Beginning

I often have moments at work where I just can't believe the way things are going.
Among these are:

• patients who are clueless,
  
• doctors who write for drugs that don't exist
  
• doses that would kill a child
  
• systems that remind you of a therapeutic duplication for an oral contraceptive (because the patient got the same oral contraceptive 28 days ago)
• managers who want you to shut the patient up and send them away happy

Since I don't hang out with my fellow RPh's often enough, I thought I'd set my thoughts down in a random blog entry from time to time.
So pull up a chair and grab some cheese!
